I agree, the future request process could have been better implemented as everyone is supposed to search first prior to submitting new requests. Also, there are multiple requests that overlap each other either in function and or they are different enough to co-exist. We are in the process of merging like requests but like anything, it’s a slow process. Thanks for the feedback!
