Adaptive Gate with Side Chain Not Attenuating Noise Properly in CorOS 3.0.0

CorOS Version: 3.0.0

Describe your issue:
When using the adaptive gate with side chain, it does not attenuate noise as expected.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

1.	Set up the adaptive gate with side chain.
2.	Route the side chain input from various sources.
3.	Monitor the noise attenuation performance.

I expected this to happen:
When using the adaptive gate with side chain, I expect it to properly attenuate noise as per the settings.

I have tried the following things:

•	I have tried changing the side chain input to various options.
•	None of these attempts resolved the issue.

The issue was mitigated by reverting to the traditional gate on the input signal.

The gate will not reduce noise. The Input block (first thing on the signal grid) has a “noise reduction” feature. If you double-tap / click that block you can tweak the noise reduction.
The gate itself will not reduce noise; just clamp it down more efficiently depending on what signal you side-chain it to.

Neural Support told me by mail that the gates on the inputs are the same algorithms as the “simple gate”, so there isnt any noise reduction on the input gates.

Various…?
The behaviour can’ t be the same if you change the source.
In all Ng of the world.

Try to use In1

For some reason I’ve found the plugin gate to be very good, maybe better than all the other gates.
