Does anyone know a good acoustic amp sim or the best way to run a PRS piezo for acoustic sound in the QC?
I absolutely love the tone of running it into the Petrucci X acoustic plugin or Tim Henson acoustic but haven’t yet found the best way to dial it live
Can’t wait for those plugins to be made available in the QC!
those acoustic amps from Petrucci and Henson have been captured and are on the Cortex Cloud. There are also many acoustic guitar IRs available. I’ve converted many into captures to make them available on the Cloud too.
Just search ‘acoustic guitar’ and you should see many capture options to try. I find these are the best way to get a piezo to sound like the miked acoustic tone
