3 states for a block - enabled/disabled/bypassed for a mixed scene/stomp view

Now, each block is linked to a enable/disable state, so each scene will force to enable/disable the effect blocks depending on the scene settings.
If there is the possibility to add a third state (bypassed) saying that the snaphot will not change the actual status of the block, then instantly we have the possibilty to mix scene and stomp view.
