Maybe it is a nonsense question… but did someone realise that there are two different Symbols for amps ? I assume that one is for amps in combo format or head format, but is there any other difference ?
Thanks!

Yes there is. Like you said, one shows the amp head while the other one shows a combo.
The amp head really just is the amp head.
But the combo typically includes the cabinet and mic(s) and is also used by many to capture a full rig (drive/OD/EQ/boost pedals, amp, cab, mic) or even virtual rigs/plugins.
Thanks mgorn for the answer, It would be interesting to know when they include the cab or not…(if there is not already a way to know) I just saw some videos where people is adding cabs to amplifiers with the combo symbol (wasnt a capture).
I agree. Sometimes it’s in the description in Cortex Cloud, but sometimes not. Most of the time you should be able to hear the difference, because a guitar amp without a cab typically sounds very harsh / bright.
I have seen the symbol for combo amps being used but only the head of the combo is being captured. In cases like this it gets tricky, because for some it makes sense to use the combo symbol, for others it doesn’t.
Personally I use the combo symbol if a cab is included. But that means I use it for pedals which include cab sims as well. So not perfect either. But yeah, that’s all up to the user.
on the Cloud, it’s a crapshoot- you have to earball to make sure they meant that icon they chose or not.
On the QC however, it’s strangely WRONG. The only 2 amps on the QC listed as Combo amps with the corresponding icon are clearly without cab.
