Weird sound when starting up

Anyone have this symptom?

At startup, there is a continuous noise-like sound.

Around February 2022, the manufacturer replaced the electronic board and the frequency decreased.

Also, it’s gotten worse recently, and this sound comes out even after restarting 5 times, and the frequency is increasing.

While this noise is coming out, you can make guitar sounds, but you can’t do anything until it stops.
I also emailed the manufacturer.

This noise will appear even in studios where these devices are not connected.
I don’t think it’s a problem with the power supply.

Same here, got it repaired 1 week ago. Hope the strange noise is not coming back again :roll_eyes:

Please contact the Support Team. I had been having exactly the same problem. I sent the unit to Support yesterday actually.
