I went to adjust the volume knob on the top of the QC today, and it went haywire. Even after I stop turning the knob, the volume jumps all over. Especailly bad between 30-60%. Anyone else having this issue?
Yes, you can search the forums and see it’s been a common problem lately. You’ll need to contact Support.
In most cases it requires the unit to be shipped for repairs, unfortunately

I had the same problem with my unit. Contacted support and they asked me to share a video and logs. Did those and after all of those, they asked me to send my unit to repair which i did.
I got my unit back repaired after a week or so.
