Is there a way to have a visual indicator for output volume, compressor ? Some kind of VU meter. Compressor is very difficult to set without any indicator.

There´s no way right now. I´ve added a request of a compression meter, you can vote it and hopefully NDSP would some day think about developing it. Highly doubt it, though.
