Anyone noticing strange issues with the screen lock on 3.0?

Not sure if this has already been submitted, but the touch screen lock doesn’t seem to always work on 3.0. It’ll still say “LOCK” in the top corner (although X sometimes the formatting looks a little off) but the screen will definitely not be locked… as my cat has shown me many times
