Using An Electric and Acoustic into one input?

Hey guys. Might be a dumb question, but it’s late and I’m drawing a blank. An artist I work with uses one of my QC’s and has just bought the Shure GLXD16 wireless receiver and two packs. One pack will be for the electric guitar and the other pack for the acoustic. The wireless receiver is plugged into input 1 of my QC. He likes using my QC in stomp mode with each new preset being a new song. For the electric songs and electric presets would I just change the output to output 1, and then for the acoustic songs/presets, change the output to output 2? That way front of house can mix each individually? When I do this, its mono, and obviously sound is only coming out of the left speaker for electric, then switching to the acoustic preset (output 2) I’m only getting sound out of the right speaker. Would this be fixed by using output 1 on the QC, then selecting outputs 1/2 on the end of the chain, and then using output 3 for the acoustic, and using outputs 3/4 at the end of that chain?

Again, sorry for the late threat. This is probably a ridiculously easy fix, but I’m drawing a blank.

Any advice?
