I have a couple plugins which have the latest April 5 update. For some reason the installer on Windows doesn’t do the update unless I delete the previous version. That is unusual request.
I am concerned about losing all my custom presets. Am I safe?
You could always just export the presets to be sure in case something happens or reach out to support@neuraldsp.com for specific answers regarding updates.
