Unable to save presets after updating to new OS

I have updated my quad to the newest firmware and it went smoothly.

I then noticed that I no longer have the ability to save my downloaded presets. Anytime I try to save a preset I have downloaded my quad throws an error and resets. Looking for any assistance. Thanks

Same issue here. Anytime I load a cloud preset and try changing a parameter on any block, then save it to my presets, I get an error and the QC reboots.

Any luck or have you contacted support?

I have reached out to support. They asked me about power supply and for a video recreating it.
Waiting on a reply now.

Cool, I’ll watch for a fix if one comes. Feels like it’ll need an update, hopefully not a hardware issue.

Yea. It def feels like an update kinda fix. Not sure where the hardware would be going wrong with this

I have a similar problem on mine, it doesn’t occur with presets with original QC firmware 3.2. 0 devices, it’s when I use and/or download from Cloud Cortex Presets that has Archetype devices, especially the most unstable ones are the Gojira, not only can I not save them but the unit reboots. I’ve already sent an email to Support. In the meantime everything is working fine except for this situation

Same here. Everything else is flawless. Let us know if you get a fix before us

Want to throw my number in there, same. I try to save anything from Downloads, crash and restart every single time. Boo

are you all on 3.2.1 (since the very recent bugfix update that followed 3.2.0)?

I am. It was happening on 3.2.0 as well though. I never noticed it before that.

The update appears to have solved my issue at this time. I hope it gets fixed for you folks!

Even after a factory reset, still happens. If I try to save literally anything, it won’t and crashes the QC and it reboots. Every single time.

When’s the last time you updated ? I haven’t had this issue for a longggggg time.

I’m wondering if you have a corrupt memory card? I would definitely email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log and hopefully resolve your issue as it seems to be a rare occurrence.
