Hi all, I got a Quad Cortex since start of July and I recently updated to CorOs 3.2.0. Everything was fine until today (I updated it on the release day). When I download presets from Cloud Cortex that specifically use devices from the Plugins (in my case, I have a license for Archetype Gojira and Nolly), the unit reboots with an error message on the screen. I did a factory reset, and the same thing happens again with presets downloaded for these Plugins from Cortex Cloud. After several tests that I ran apparently this doesn’t happen with the original QC presets, with new ones I created or those that I modified in the plugins, and it doesn’t happen with presets that use the original devices in CorOs 3.2.0 either. The problem seems to be related to presets created by third parties to use devices (effects) exclusive to Archetype Plugins. Some frustration emerges …

Have you contacted Support@neuraldsp.com about this? It may be a bug or glitch they need to assist with.
If you link one of the DL’d presets that’s causing the problem, I will try to duplicate the issue.
I sent them this issue. Finally, after much testing, Cortex Control doesn't allow me to upload the XML format of the Archetype Gojira presets directly to the user's own presets folder, generating an error message. When I download some directly from Cortex Cloud, I can use them, but after a short time, the error appears and the device restarts. This doesn't happen with the Nolly in all its forms and functions. Nor does it happen with all other functions and devices.
