Tuner is sometimes offset

Randomly, the tuner indicates that an in-tune string is tuned down 1 semitone and -40%.
I verfified the tuning with 2 different clip-on tuners.
A work-around is to restart the computer.
I’m using the stand-alone version in Windows 10.
