I had the same problem. It was hardware related (display issue).
Eek. Has Neural commented on anything that could cause this? Or just unpredictable failure? That sucks
This issue is extremely rare and usually due to using an alternate PS other than OEM. I would definitely email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log and provide resolution
Never used anything but an OEM power supply. Has anyone had any resolution from Neural?
the only times I’ve seen this issue reported it had to be replaced at a repair center.
Hopefully Sweetwater will take care of all that for you.
have you contacted Support@neuraldsp.com yet? (they’ll probably direct you thru SW tho)
@xush Thanks!
This particular issue has nothing to do with power supply.
Having this issue right now. Has anyone been able to fix this? I have emailed neural support but still waiting for a reply.
Ensure you are using the OEM power supply and or ensure you are using a PS with the correct specs. I would also recommend a factory reset (if possible). NDSP support will get back to you shortly.
Yes. I am using the power supply that came with the unit. NDSP did get back with me and directed me to Sweetwater who I purchased the unit from. Waiting on a response from them. I was up until 3:30am this morning trying to get a video sent to NDSP. That part is not their fault, but extremely frustrating. I am very curious as to why this has happened all of the sudden. And what could have caused this.
