CorOS Version: 3.0.1
Describe your issue:
The tap tempo screen locks scene/stomp changes.
This is more of an UI bug to me than a feature.
Steps to reproduce your issue:
- Tap Tempo
- Change Scene
- Nothing happens
I expected this to happen:
Tap Tempo > Switch Scene > Scene changes behind the Tap Tempo screen
I have tried the following things:
- Read Through the feature requests
- Hoped that one day this gets attention
- Lost hope

1 year later and they made it worse.
Before 3.2.0, when you tap tempo, it shows that screen, but you could quickly get out of this screen by clicking any footswitch not assisgned by the screen.
Now with 3.2.0, all the footswitches are being assigned by the screen, so, if you need to tap tempo in the middle of a song and then switch scene, you have to wait until the screen turns off.
Even worse: if you click any footswitch with tap tempo opened, the screen never goes away and you get stuck.
Quad cortex is a live performance gig. I’d like to understand why is the purpose of this screen for live performances.
It should be pretty easy to add a flag in settings: “Show screen when tap“ and just don’t show the screen at all

I have the same issue reported here. This is a bug, not a feature request. Please fix as it basically makes the tap tempo feature not usable live.
