Switches returning to original state

Received my nano today and want to customize it myway.

I-have noticed that the switches re returning to last state when moving to next switch.

.

Is there a way to set nano so that whenever I hit switch 1 - it always brings up preset 1A (when returning from switch 2j? and when pressing switch 2 it always brings preset 2A (when returning from presets stored under switch 1.)

CURRENTLY: example

  1. nano starts with - 1A
  2. Pressing switch 1 selects 1B
  3. Pressing 2 selects 2A
  4. Pressing 1 again selects 1B - here is my problem. Returning from switch 2 gets me to previous switch state.

I have paired it up with chocolate plus. Same problem. Is there a MIDI command that will fix it?

Basically to make chocolate forget the switc’s state, so it always selects initial preset and not different preset that it was on before using different switch.
