Please explain how there have been 2 updates since V2 and while you have added many features and new effects, there is no new bank of presets that show off these sounds? Isn’t this strange to anyone else?

I think factory presets that shows off the 2.0 fx is a good idea, but currently there is no support for exporting or importing presets. So the only way for NeuralDSP to give us new factory presets would be to include them in the firmware update.. But then what would happen to all the presets that users have been making themselves? (Overwriting user presets with a firmware update? Not a good solution..)
If or when the Nano Cortex gets updated support to load/save and share presets via the Cortex Cloud I think new sets of factory presets might be feasible.
