Scratchy pots on several of my foot switches

Hi there,

My QC has several scratchy pots when turning them to adjust parameters. The scratchiness is also very loud when hooked up to an amp and I don’t want that stuff happening during a gig.

I’m aware of deoxit, but wanted to ask the forum what the proper procedure would be for using deoxit on the QC pots.

Hi @Tahopton87 , sorry to hear you are having issues with your pots. Since that is a very odd issue I have yet to see since launch, I would definitely recommend emailing support@neuraldsp.com and see what they say.
