When I save presets or Neural Captures, the username shows as a factory-set “BrassyScowl###” instead of my actual username Shredd, which I’ve set in QC’s settings. If I upload the saved preset into Cortex Cloud and download it back, it shows my actual username. What can I do to make the presets show the correct username right away?
I tried resetting Quad Cortex, but not doing a full factory reset. I’ll do that if I have to, but I’d like to avoid it if at all possible. Any ideas?
Same for me, i purchase it to a nice guy, didn’t make a factory reset . The username on my preset is “PrismWallabyXXX”
Are you creating your presets/captures from scratch? If not, the QC will keep the name of the original creator and you would need to create from scratch in order to share or see your name.
If that isn’t the case, I would suggest emailing support@neuraldsp.com to help you get it sorted.
You must bé right, maybe i erased everything on the 1A preset that was there from the previous owner.
I will try with an empty one
