Save Input Level per Preset because different guitars have different volume levels.
This way you can link presets to guitars.

Allow input levels and input impedance to be saved per patch

Currently the input levels and input impedance parameters are global. This makes it difficult to use the same input with different guitars in different patches without having to adjust the input level. It also makes it difficult to set the input impedance in a scene based on impedance sensitive blocks such as fuzz devices. There is a lot of discussion around adjusting the input volume for each guitar - you never do this on a normal amplifier, so why would you here? Just use ‘pedals’ and the amp’s input gain to get your sound.

If you still really want to do it, just put a gain block as the first item in your chain.
