RESOLVED::(sorta)::Where in my Neural Account - - - do I See the Plugins I have Paid For?

Hi,

When I log into my Neural Dsp account online (not the cloud, just my account) - I expect to see the plugins that I bought.

WHERE? How do you see the plugins you have purchased.

I purchased a Misha Mansoor plugin… but I am not seeing it in either the DSP account site or in the DSP cloud site???

MEANWHILE… LATER ON… SO, it is or it does show up on my QC under plugins. Great because I am only going to use on on the QC. However… it would be nice to see it either in the Cloud website or my account website.

My Account → Orders

On the QC itself, plug-ins are located at the top of the device list. Go in there and you should have access to your purchased plug-ins. Plug-ins you have not purchased will be greyed out with a lock symbol.
