Quick question about backups and capture uploads

Hello,

I was trying to upload my captures to the cloud, but it was saying I needed to update the CorOS to do so.

I want to make sure 1000% that my neural captures don’t disappear when I update the firmware, correct? Also, can I do a backup to the cloud on the older firmware I have?

I’m afraid to do anything yet, as I don’t want to lose my captures. Thanks for the clarification.

Make a backup → Update Firmware → Play guitar

Update shouldn’t wipe anything away, but if something goes wrong you have your backup to save the day.

So far updating the firmware in QC has been easy and fast. I haven’t had any problems.
