Hi folks!
Today i got an email vom neural … they miss me as user in the forum comunity. So here I am, but i do not have my QC at the moment, because my red limited edition baby went back to thomann after less than a month becauce input 1 jack is terribly loose und input 2 is completely dead …
what can i say … i´m pretty sad about that … 1600 euro is a lot of money for a toy … a limited edition toy … and basic functions are compromised afer 1 month … what happens after 6 months … 1 year … fear before every gig live on stage anything could go wrong at any time?
What are youre experiences?
A sad new user
limited?

I’m sorry for your experience but everything you said is wrong.

toy because it is for fun … i´m not a working musician who has to make his living with it. 5000 euro guitars are toys too, not necessary for life.
limited … limited edition, this means not limited in functionality … a limited edition should be extra sexy. i have the nice red one.
maybe we had a little missunderstanding
cheers @cristigram
All electronics devices will have issues. Not if, but when. At least NDSP appears to be one of the best at taking care of theirs. I’ve had, and have used mine through many shows over the last three + years. Quality seems good to me. So far, no issues, but I know it could happen at any time.
Sorry to hear you are having troubles. I’m sure it will get it sorted. It still sux when things like this happen. It’s why I keep a backup setup ready as “The show must go on” lol
I almost ordered that red edition, I’ve been on the fence for a while with getting a second one. Posts like yours only makes me still want to, though to be fair, the percentage of issues with the QC is still small from what I can see. Hope it gets back to you quickly!
