Why can’t I record with the QuadCortex via USB and monitor simultaneously on the line with headphones?
The Line6 HD500x does this perfectly.
You can?? Unless I’m misunderstanding you, which is entirely possible. But that’s exactly how I use mine. My quad acts as an interface where I monitor my daw through headphones while simultaneously recording.
I can do this, but my effects disappear, It is recording as if the guitar was connected directly to the PC
I use reaper
Sounds like you aren’t setting your routing up properly. Your track input in Reaper should be set to usb3/4 for effected signal.
