I have setup an aggregate device on my mac mini with the QC and my SSL2+ Audio Interface selected. I then selected the aggregate device in pro tools and made sure that the inputs and outputs match with the I/Os in the midi setup on my mac but I get no audio sent to my speakers. I can see signal coming to my audio track in pro tools from the USB cable but no matter what output I select, I don’t get sound - not even from the click track. Is there anything I am missing? Any help would be much appreciated!
Many of us aggregators use a monitor mixer for flexibility and not having to reroute cables. I haven’t had to troubleshoot it since I set it up so I’ll have to do some digging to recall the options.
My studio monitors are plugged into the SSL2+ Audio Interface. I’ve attached my audio setup within Mac. I get audio coming into the audio channel in Pro Tools but no matter what output I select on the channel, I don’t get any audio which means that some routing has to be wrong in Pro Tools I/O. I just can’t seem to figure out what it is…
