HELP! I’ve been using a quad cortex for years with no issues (except the occasional WiFi drop) and tonight after playing for a few hours, while I was playing, I suddenly heard a popping sound. Immediately after, the audio cut out, the screen turned off, and smoke began coming from the left-side vent of the unit.
I was using the original Neural DSP power supply, and the unit was plugged into a surge-protected outlet with no indication of a power surge or electrical issue. Since then, the Quad Cortex will not power on at all, and there is still a noticeable burnt smell coming from the unit. Has anyone else had this happen? I emailed NDSP support, and hoping they can help
