new here. I want to ask you, if it is normal, that adaptor from my quad cortex is pulling out very easily, just very lightly pulling the cable and it immediately goes out and the unit turns off.
Do you experience the same?

Which power supply are you using? The original one?
QC uses a 2.1 mm (Boss-style) jack.
Yes, I use original power supply. I have two original power supllies (one as a backup, one, which came with Cortex), both of them slip out very easily.
It’s normal. I suggest using one of those command strip hook/clip things to add a strain relief.
