Hi, yes it`s very hot. 44.3 Celsius on the front, and more on the back of the unit. The thermometer gave me an error over 45 degrees celsius. support@neuraldsp.com says it’s normal
The QC can get warm but it is perfectly normal and designed to dissipate the warmth via the aluminum chassis. Make sure your QC isn’t blocked around the chassis.
