So … I have a simple setup with the band - QC out to Tonex FRFR and from there to FOH. Then I have a Sennheiser XSW iem transmitter connected from an aux send on the X16 mixer, which I can adjust on my phone with an app… So good so far.
The issue is that we never get a good sound this way. I want to try this - take the aux send from FOH and input into the QC on input 2, then connect outputs 3 and 4 to the iem transmitter.
If I have the top row as my guitar line outputting to Out 1/ 2, and have a splitter to output 3/4, with input 2 feeding this, could I get FOH in both ears and my guitar in stereo in my ears?
Any tips on how to make it sound great

Are you looking to have a stereo feed in your ears? If so you’ll need to use the FX Loop returns as your stereo inputs, since input 2 is mono.
I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this since you’ll have added latency just from the QC processing + A/D conversion added into your setup further…plus you have wireless ears….plus the processing latency of the board

I’m only getting a single mono aux feed but would like a stereo guitar sound in my ears and the Monitor feed in both ears (dual mono if you like).
I’m not sure how routing your signal from the board, back to the QC would improve anything. As STLP mentioned, you’d be adding another layer of AD-DA and the latency that comes with it. I suggest finding the source of the “bad sound”. I assume you’re happy with your tone from your FRFR cab. Does it sound good through your PA mains? How does it sound if you plug your IEM transmitter directly into one (or two for stereo) output(s) from your QC. Assuming you have quality PA mains, I suggest making your rig sound as good as possible through the PA (since this is what your audience hears) then EQing your FRFR and IEMs to sound as good as possible. Since you’re using IEMs, do you really need an FRFR? One other thing to consider…maybe it’s more of a feel issue. Your QC has latency. Your digital board and wireless IEMs add more. Maybe there’s so much latency before it gets to your ears that your tone “feels” spongy. Another consideration, with latency from the board and IEM transmitter, maybe you’re getting slight phase cancelation between your IEM and bleed from your FRFR. does it sound better with the FRFR shut off? Even with a seemingly simple rig, there can be a lot of variables. It may come down to trial, error and compromise to make it all work to your satisfaction. Best of luck!
What IEM’s are you using? I see you’re using the Sennheiser XSW for the transmitter which is a lower end wireless system. Not sure what the frequency response is for those, but the XSW isn’t the most hi fi wireless….
Another thing to consider is the really bad preamps in the board you mentioned. That will also play a role in the sound probably not being too optimal. I highly doubt that routing through your QC will improve the sound whatsoever. But so far you’re using a super cheap Behringer board and one of the lowest end Sennheiser wireless units. There is only so much you can expect from those to begin with. Hopefully you aren’t just using the basic Shure IEM’s as well.
