Purchase duplicated

Hello guys,

As you know the birthday sales ended yesterday, and I decided to purchase Parallax X, I did from my iPhone paying from there, the issue is that I don’t know how, but it made two purchase separated, one with my email neural dsp account and a second one with my personal email, I did send yesterday a few emails with NO response.

Please I would like to have an solution for me in this case.
