Yesterday I bought the RabeaX Plugin with the Black Friday discount. Some how there has been a problem that i didnt quite understand, i bought the same plugin twice. And also, i have only 1 code for the 2 plugins i have payed for. I tried contacting the support e-mail of Neural DSP but i didn’t recieve any help. What do i need to do ?
I would give it at least 24h but I’m sure they will reply. Also, it being a holiday week might delay them a bit.
