Problem Pedal loop with Plini Plugin

Hi, I use my BOSS RC3 for loop my guitar with Plini Neural Dsp .
I create my loop with clean song but when i active my distortion with plini the loop is also in distortion .
I have a fousrite 2i2 with 2 Krk speakers .
I need help please .
