Maybe I am a total noob, but when I create and save a new preset, I lose all factory presets. Am I losing my mind? Also, when trying to toggle through different cabs or amps (while creating) I don’t hear a difference in sound. Thanks, any help is appreciated. \m/
P.s. I have contacted support as well. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if I am doing something wrong.
Make sure when reviewing in your directory, you have filtering disabled or set to ‘Show All’ etc.
