When you create a preset , and select the MULTIOUT option , I assume that includes XLR and TS , left and Right , but if occasionally you have only TS or Only XLR , do you have to change the OUTPUT in the settings as a way to protect the output that is not plugged ?
I’m not sure what you want to protect the outputs from. If nothing is plugged in, you can just ignore them. They’ll be fine

I think is the fear of burn a output transformer of a tube amp that get projected to my digital stuff , I need to get over it I guess , I even think there is a a sensor or a switch there that mutes the output when unplugged

Ah got it. Yeah that rule to not operate without an output load is specific to tube amps. With transistor based amps that is not a problem. And in this case we’re not even talking about high powered output to drive a speaker, but line level connections with much lower voltage/currents.
So you don’t need to worry about damaging anything.
