I just purchased 7 different amps. I registered my ilk and it only sent 6 of the licenses to my ilk account. it left out Petrucci. I already unlinked and relinked my ilk and still nothing. figured id see if anyone had this happen before I start dealing with support. thanks in advance!
Definitely a support question as they will be the only ones to resolve any licensing issues. Shoot them an email support@neuraldsp.com and they will get you resolved quickly!
