Per-Output IR/Cab Bypass

Would like the Quad Cortex to have an output-level option that allows an IR/Cab block to be bypassed for selected physical outputs while remaining active for others.

For example, I may want:

* Main Outputs → IR/Cab enabled for sending a processed signal to a PA/FOH system.

* Output 3/4 → IR/Cab bypassed for sending a signal to a real guitar cabinet or power amp.

* Both outputs to come from the same preset/signal path, without requiring duplicate signal chains or separate presets.

Ideally, this would work in a similar manner to the Nano Cortex’s per-output IR/Cab bypass functionality.

This would allow more use the splitters to be used for other reasons like Parallel Devices and such.
