Only plays through one speaker

I’m a complete noob to using my PC so this may be a silly question, but how do get the output to to be centred in my headphones? At the minute I am only getting the main audio in my right speaker / headphone.

I am using a Steinberg UR22c as my input and output (DT 990 headphones) with the abasi stand alone. I have tried all combinations of the mono and stereo settings between the steinberg and the plugin. I end up with either no audio at all, plugin audio but only in the right speaker, raw audio but only in the left speaker or a combination of both plugin audio in the right speaker and raw audio in the left.

If anyone could give me any pointers, that would be much appreciated.

Hi @s.odonnell1981. Make sure that:

  • You’re using the headphone output (At the front of your interface)
  • Both outputs are enabled at the audio settings
  • All unused inputs are disabled at the audio settings, leaving just one enabled
  • The application/Plugin is set to mono

Thanks Gonzalo, I had left both inputs active, that was causing the issue for me.
