Just to let you know, I also had this issue and I sent my unit to Neural who fixed it for me. Not sure what the issue was but it was exactly as you described. It has never sounded so good now it’s back in my hands! I recommend reaching out to support.
Thank you. I continue to tweak the impedence knob to rectify and this resolves. As I play live every week it would prove problematic to return the unit at this point. How long was the turnaround time?
It was about 3 weeks in total including shipping both ways! I understand the predicament there if you are using it live. I didn’t trust mine not to fail or make the noise continuously so opted with the repair. Fair play to Neural they were amazing at handling it!
