First time user. Plugged in my guitar and headphones but so sound. Guitar works because I see the tuner responding on my phone and unit. Headphones work with other devices. I must be missing something simple. Suggestions?
Above the headphone port, there is a silver headphone volume knob, did you try adjusting the volume level?
