No activation after Soldano Arch purchase

Hello there,

I just bought the Soldano archetype after a nice trial but once bought i can’t activate it in i Lok manager ?

Any solutions ? :frowning:

Well i will add that’s probably my fault, i do assume that i deactivate by mistake the Soldano License.
Cause it appears on the “All Licenses” tab but not anymore on the activation of my computer.
Wish you guys could reactivate it if that’s the problem.
