I’ve had the Plini plug-in for a couple of years now and I’m at a loss as to what I’m doing wrong because I can’t get anything from it. I’m using a UA Arrow as my interface and even with the pregain set to zero, the plug-in is completely unusable on the high-gain amp and relatively unusable on the others. I’m not super knowledgeable about guitar or amp sims, but it can’t be this hard to get something useable.
I just watched the walkthough of the plugin that Neural have put on youtube and compared my high gain tone to the one on the video (all knobs at midday, no compressor, no overdrive, no pregain on my AUD) and it’s just a wall of noise - it’s completely unusable. For some more context, if I play Plini’s ‘soda boy’ preset it’s just screeching distortion and no notes can be made out. Any ideas other than trying a diferent guitar/interface/cables?
