For some reason I thought Level worked with the Preset. It appears the stay.

So other than Gain, how can you control preset levels which can be saved?

Capture Volume is one way. There’s also level control in the IRs.

I’m on the Nano. If you change the IR level for preset 1 to match preset 2 (which maybe uses a different IR), does that mean preset 3 which uses the same IR as preset 1 now has it’s level modified because it uses the same IR?? Hope not.

I think it saves a copy of the IR in a sense.
