My nano cortex bluetooth is not detected, I have tried all the procedures, changed the smartphone, uninstalled the cloud cortex, hard reset the unit, all did not produce results, finally I tried to open it, with a little of my service knowledge, I looked for the nano cortex bluetooth chip, it turns out it uses esp32-c3, from the test results, the esp32 chip is dead, and I intend to replace the chip, but I need the default nano cortex bluetooth firmware to flash to the new esp chip, can I get the firmware from the neuraldsp support team? or have any of you here tried to backup the firmware?
Most likely, you would need to reach out to your vendor and see about a replacement if defective. The other alternative is to contact support@neuraldsp.com to determine if the device is still in warranty for service after opening the device etc. Unfortunately, the Nano firmware is not available for download.
