I press the Exit and Capture buttons now and the pedal does nothing. It worked fine before 2.0. I can no longer activate BT ON THE PEDAL not the app. This is the pedal itself.
The only way I can get it to connect is to unplug USB and re-Plug. Essentially, turn it off and back on again.
I had the same problem (tho it was before 2.0). I ended up going into the app and deleting the nano then re-installing. Haven’t had any issues thus far. I’m on 2.0
I am not sure how doing something in the app would affect the hardware. Even with the app not running, the pedal will NOT go into BT mode. Used to be if you held down EXIT and CAPTURE the blue LED ring would light like it’s scanning… yeah, no. Doesn’t do that now. Does absolutely nothing. I will try what you say but, this has nothing to do with the app.
Just tried it. Yes, it does connect as it always has. But no indicators on the pedal light up to show you that you are pairing.
Hope it solves your problems. It seemed to work for me. It was on the advice of NDsp support that I delete and re-install the NC. Cheers
I have tried all the suggestions for NDsp support including reinstall, and powering up after the app is started. Sometimes works, but usually doesn’t connect my Samsung S23 until I have rebooted the phone. Strange indeed (and frustrating).
