Hi Davlav.
Out of interest, were you able to get any sound out of the QC?
I’m afraid to say this looks very much like the issue I’ve had for months and months now.
To provide a bit more background, my issue started as getting no sound out of my unit. I had to restart multiple times, sometimes up to 10 times, before I could get sound.
After a bit of research, I found that multiple users had similar issue (if you search this forum or even Google for ‘no sound from QC’ you’ll come up with a number of hits)
There were multiple solutions, for example start the QC with nothing plugged in, or spray contact cleaner in to the I/O jacks. Regardless of the fact that you really shouldn’t have to do either of these, to get the QC to work, these fixes seem to be only temporary.
As this link explains, I nearly had to cancel a gig last week because of this - which is absolutely not cool;
As it happens I had been emailing NDSP Support for a few days before that gig, and one of the things they asked me was ‘is there any signal showing on the I/O page, when there is nothing plugged in’?
And the answer was yes, exactly like your video shows.
Interestingly as soon as I replied to say that yes, the I/O page shows multiple inputs are showing as clipping even with nothing plugged in, they immediately told me to return the QC to them for repair.
Luckily it is still under warranty (good thing the warranty is 3 years, as I’ve had it 2 years and 7 months) but oddly IMHO, their policy is that even for a warranty repair, you have to pay the cost of returning it (to Finland! Which can’t be cheap) Luckily again however I contacted the people I bought it from (the famous Andertons Music store here in the UK, you’ll have seen their videos on YT I’m sure) and they said they would arrange collection from my house and also arrange to ship it back to NDSP.
It only left a couple of days ago so I can’t tell you how long it will take etc, but it might be best to get yours off for repair too…
