Midi Transmit Clock Not Working

CorOS Version: 2.3.0

Describe your issue:
When I tap the the Tempo button on QC the tempo is not being sent via midi to my Eventide H9.

Also Preset MIDI Out message don’t send either.

However, MIDI messages from my Morningstar MC3 do make it THRU the Quad Cortex to other devices.

My MIDI Settings Page
Channel - 1
MIDI Thru - On
MIDI Over USB - Off
Ignore Duplicate PC - Off
MIDI Clock Out - DIN (and I’ve tried USB+DIN)

Steps to reproduce your issue:

I expected this to happen:
When I do x, I expect y to happen

Midi Thru needs to be OFF if you’re sending clock tempo from the QC

MIDI implementation on the QC is currently very limited. You can have an external MIDI Clock route through the QC by enabling MIDI Thru. However, the QC does not respond to any incoming MIDI messages, nor are any of the MIDI CC or PC messages saved with your QC patches transmitted.

Alternatively, you can switch MIDI Thru off and turn MIDI Clock Out on, which will allow you to tap on your QC and have this tempo sent to your downstream devices, as well as transmit any CC and PC messages saved in your patches, but you will be unable to sync to an external MIDI Clock.
