Midi Thru From 5-pin to USB. Please!

Hi,
I love my new Quad Cortex, but it’s limiting my workflow by not having Midi Thru From 5-pin to USB.
I use a Morningstar MC6 Pro, connected by 5-pin midi to the QC, which in turn is connected by USB to an iPad, running Quantiloop looping software.
I’d like to control the Quantiloop from the MC6, but QC does not pass midi message received on 5-pin to USB midi.
Please fix this! it’s very important for my workflow.
It would also allow me to send Midi notes to a sampler on the iPad.

This is already requested:

Extend MIDI thru to USB

At the moment MIDI thru only applies to the 2 DIN ports, would be nice if that would be extended to USB as well. In that case when using the QC as an audio interface a midi controller connected to then DIN port could control VST in as DAW or trigger events in looping software such as Loopy Pro, Quantiloop or Ableton.
