Is it possible to read out the preset names - maybe not only the current present but a whole setlist or all of them - via MIDI out ?
I use a CME WIDI Master wireless connector and TouchOSC on my iPad/ iPhone to switch the GigView, Modus and Looper window. It would be great to have list of my presets displayed on my iPad 
this could possibly happen via SysEx but nothing like that is implemented now (hence your request) - so yes, it’s possible
I’m also interested in this feature request for communicating preset names with a phone.
A full sysex implementation would be great! Get preset names, Set all parameters and values in the chain. Switch outputs around etc.
This is the only issue why I can’t fully commit to the QC and end back with my Kemper.
I’m truly surprised that this issue doesn’t have more votes, or maybe ‘full midi implementation’ is another feature request.
If they did this I could sell the Kemper and buy another guitar 
Yes this would great I really want to be able to display the presets by name as I switch them on the MC6 Pro
I would extend this as well to the possibility of exporting the preset list numbers and titles (including bank and possibly midi PC/CC messages as per calculator) to be able to import them into a DAW (in my cas Logic Pro) on the “connected item” to be able to select the right program directly.
Today QC and QC Mini appear as MID devices but show GM Midi names next to the presets.
