MIDI Msg Sent with Scene Change

Hi,
I’m still waiting for my QC. I will put it on a small pedalboard with an Eventide H9 …
my question is: when I change scenes can I set it to automatically send a MIDI program change msg to the H9?

Yes. You can sent now 1 midi command when selecting scene. During loading preset you can sent multiple.

Pretty easy, you would just setup your preset and while in SCENE mode, go to settings and choose MIDI out settings, there you can select which knob you want to use and what control CC or program you want to send etc.

Actually, there is an issue with midi commands being sent from Quad Cortex on scene change - it will send midi command when you change scene using Quad Cortex controls, but not when you change scenes using midi commands from midi contoller device.

The problem here is, that the MIDI message is tied to the footswitch regardless if in scene mode or stomp mode, not to the scene. It sends the message in scene mode AND in stomp mode, too. It doesn’t make much sense to me.
